Healing is easier with people who get it.

We are inherently relational beings, and community is an important aspect of the healing process. Healing comes in many forms, and individual therapy is not the only service that I offer.

Ties that Bind: An EDS/HSD Support Group

Meets every other Saturday at 10:00am

  • This group is limited to 8 participants

  • Members must have a suspected (actively seeking) or clinical diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome or Hypermobile Spectrum Disorders.

  • The goal of the space is to provide support around navigating diagnosis and comorbidities of EDS/HSD as well as the mental health impacts of being chronically ill.

  • Virtual group- meets on Google Meet

  • Highmark BCBS/Aetna insurance plans accepted; please note if I bill your insurance I must give you a mental health diagnosis. Self-Pay for the group is on a sliding scale up to $40.00

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents (Book Study)

Time and Date TBD

  • This group experience is a book study for the book Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Lindsay Gibson PsyD.

  • Designed as a 12 week group to process each chapter effectively

  • Focuses on working through each chapter with community support

  • Virtual group

  • Time and date to be determined

  • Cost: Intake: $150 (if also wanting individual therapy)

    • Highmark BCBS, Aetna or $40 self-pay each session or $450 paid up front for the whole book study

Sacred Self Care- Experiential Workshop

  • This group experience is an 8 week workshop where members will explore ways to engage in self-care that aligns with their spirituality in a community environment

  • Each week, one member of the group will intuitively choose a number that corresponds with a self-care activity outlined in the Sacred Self Care Oracle by Jill Pyle

  • Each card represents a curated self-care exploration to engage in each week.

  • Virtual psychoeducation and community group (not limited to PA/OH Residents)

  • Time and date to be determined

  • Cost: $40 self-pay each session

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents (Processing Group)

  • This group is a processing group for those who identify as Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents.

  • Time and Date TBD- traditionally each cohort is held over 8 weeks

  • Focuses on processing your own individual experiences, finding support, and learning skills to set and hold boundaries.

  • Virtual (HIPAA Compliant Telehealth Platform)- Limited to PA & OH Residents

  • Cost: $150 (if also wanting individual therapy)

    • Highmark BCBS, Aetna or $40 self-pay each session or $450 paid up front for the whole book study

Adult Executive Functioning Psychoeducation & Skills Group

  • This group is a psychoeducation and skills group for AFAB folx to process the unique experiences of neurodivergence throughout the lifespan.

  • Designed as a bi-weekly group to allow members to try out new skills learned (typically runs over the span of 12 weeks)

  • $40 per session or $200 if paid in full

  • Not limited to PA Residents

  • Not currently running

Exploring Space and Place-Based Identity through Spirituality- Experiential Workshop

  • This group is an 8 week workshop where we will explore how your physical location and connection to where you live influences your mental health

  • Time and Date TBD- traditionally each cohort is held over 8 weeks

  • Focuses on exploring how places you have lived or live have given you a sense of connection. Influenced by the work of Sharon Blackie and the books If Women Rose Rooted and The Enchanted Life

  • Virtual community group (not limited to PA/OH residents)

  • Cost: $40 self-pay each session
